Terms and Conditions

Loan Value Group, LLC (“LVG”) serves as the administrator to the RH Reward Program (the “Program”) to various financial institutions and mortgage companies. LVG does NOT offer the Program to individual homeowners under any circumstances. The Program is only available through mortgage companies that offer the Program and only through an invitation from a specific mortgage company.

1. I understand that joining the LVG Email List does NOT entitle me to an RH Reward or any other cash benefit or other benefit of any kind or nature whatsoever, except for the benefit provided in Section 2 below.

2. I will receive email updates from time to time from LVG, at LVG’s sole discretion.

3. I can cancel my email registration at anytime clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any LVG email.

4. As a member of the LVG Email List, I have been asked to voluntarily complete the Homeowner Survey provided below. I understand that completion of the Homeowner Survey is completely voluntary. I understand that I can be a member of the LVG Email List even if I do NOT complete the Homeowner Survey.

5. I hereby agree to allow LVG to utilize the information, if any, provided by me in the Homeowner Survey for the following purposes:

(i) Aggregating the information of LVG website visitors for LVG’s internal purposes;

(ii) Aggregating the information of LVG website visitors for presentation by LVG in its marketing materials to LVG’s customers and potential customers;

6. I understand that LVG will not sell or otherwise utilize the information provided by me in the Homeowner Survey, except as provided in Section 5 above.

7. By registering to join the LVG email list, I certify that I have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions provided herein.
