What's An RH Reward?

Responsible Homeowner Reward (RH Reward)

The RH Reward Program is a Program that is currently being offered by small group of mortgage companies to a select group of its customers. Each Mortgage Company offering the RH Reward Program will design the Program as they deem appropriate.

In very general terms, an RH Reward is a cash reward paid by a mortgage company to pre selected customers of the mortgage company for making timely mortgage payments over a period of time (generally 36 – 60 consecutive months).

Participation in the Program is completely voluntary and there is no cost to the homeowner.

Loan Value Group, LLC administers the RH Reward Program on behalf of the mortgage company.
